人工智能技術在中醫臨床試驗中的應用現狀與問題淺析

近年來，随着人工智能（Artificial Intelligence）技術的迅猛發展，中醫臨床試驗在研究設計、患者招募、幹預措施、數據採集等多個環節中，均受到了顯著影響。本文通過回顧遠程臨床试驗的發源以及人工智能技術（如：四診客觀化、病歷自然語言處理、人類數字孿生技術等）在中醫臨床研究中的應用，基於現狀發現目前的遠程臨床试驗在研究數據的質量、隱私安全、中醫知識表示、技術通適用性及健全相關法規等方面仍存在瓶頸問題。因此，建議未來應盡快構建跨學科合作平臺、完善數據管理與安全機制、制定相關政策和標準等，以便促進人工智能技術與中醫臨床研究的適應性融合與發展。

In recent years, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) clinical trials have been significantly impacted in various aspects, including research design, patient recruitment, intervention measures, and data collection. By reviewing the origins of remote clinical trials and the application of AI technologies (such as the objectification of four diagnostic methods, natural language processing, medical records, and digital twins of humans) in TCM clinical research, this paper identifies several bottlenecks in the current TCM remote clinical trials, including the quality of research data, privacy and security, representation of TCM knowledge, technical applicability, and the need for robust regulations. Therefore, it is recommended that in the future, interdisciplinary cooperation platforms should be established as soon as possible, data management and security mechanisms should be improved, and relevant policies and standards should be formulated to promote the adaptive integration and development of AI technology with TCM clinical research.
