五运六气禀赋与支气管炎罹患倾向的关联性分析

目的：探讨人体先天运气禀赋特点与后天支气管炎罹患的关联性。方法：对1 429例支气管炎患者出生时的五运六气特点进行统计学分析。结果：支气管炎患者出生时的天干、岁运及主气分布具有一定的差异性：岁运为木, 年干为壬, 主气为太阳寒水者, 最易发病; 岁运为水, 年干为辛, 主气为少阴君火者, 不易发病, 且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。另外, 支气管炎发病与出生年份的运气相合特点密切相关, 出生在小逆、不和、天刑年者, 罹患率最高; 其次为太乙天符、天符、同天符年; 岁会、同岁会年; 而出生在顺化、平气年者, 罹患率最低, 各组间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。其中,出生在平和年份（即岁会、同岁会、顺化、平气年）者, 其后天支气管炎罹患率要低于出生在不平和年份（即太乙天符、同天符、天符、小逆、不和、天刑年）者, 且差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：支气管炎的罹患与出生时的五运、六气、运气相合特点具有一定的关联性。

Objective: To study the correlation between the incidence of bronchitis and the characteristic of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in date of birth. Methods: Some statistics analysis was adopted to analyze the characteristic of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in date of birth of 1 429 patients with bronchitis. Results: The heavenly stems, year evolutive phase and dominate-qi distribution in the dates of birth of patients with bronchitis showed some differences. Specifically, the high incidence of bronchitis was associated with year evolutive phases of wood, heavenly stems of Ren, and dominate-qi of Taiyang Hanshui, while the low incidence of bronchitis was associated with the year evolutive phases of water, heavenly stems of Xin, and dominate-qi of Shaoyin Junhuo, and the difference was statistically significant (P
