Abstract

脑卒中是脑血管阻塞或出血引起的脑血管病，在中医学中属于“中风病”，中医康复是改善其临床症状的有效方法之一。本指南基于国内外中西医康复方案及循证证据，整合多项现行临床管理指南与专家共识，形成了适用于中风病恢复期的中医康复指导方案。本指南系统阐述了中风病的中西医诊断标准、疾病分期与中医辨证分型，建立了多维度的康复评定体系，提供了对应证型的中药治疗方案和各类功能障碍的中医特色康复疗法，并配套了疗效评价工具，对规范中风病中医康复、提升康复疗效具有重要的临床指导意义。

Stroke is a cerebrovascular disease caused by cerebral vascular obstruction or hemorrhage, which belongs to "stroke disease" in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). TCM rehabilitation is one of the effective methods to improve clinical symptoms. This guideline synthesizes global TCM and Western rehabilitation protocols with evidence-based research, incorporating multiple clinical management guidelines and expert consensus to establish a TCM rehabilitation protocol for stroke recovery. It systematically outlines diagnostic criteria, disease staging, and TCM syndrome differentiation in relation to Western medicine, while developing a multidimensional rehabilitation assessment framework. The guideline provides customized herbal treatment plans and TCM-specific rehabilitation therapies for various functional impairments, supported by efficacy evaluation tools. These contributions offer critical clinical guidance for standardizing TCM rehabilitation and enhancing therapeutic outcomes in stroke management.
