Abstract
臨床應用生地黃的歷史悠久。傳統經驗認為生地黃性味甘寒，能清熱涼血、養陰生津。現代研究表明生地黃對機體神經、內分泌、免疫、造血、循環、消化、泌尿、生殖等多個系統的功能活動具有廣泛的調節作用。本文綜述了生地黃的現代藥效和藥理研究的進展。
Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaert.) Libosch. ex Fisch, et Mey. is the dry tubers of Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch., and has long been used as a common Chinese herbal medicine in clinical treatments. Traditional monographs indicated that it had effects of 「clearing heat and nourishing yin-fluid」, based on its 「cold and sweet properties」, Recent researches found that it could widely regulate the human systems including the nerve, endocrine, immune, hematological, circulatory (cardiovascular), digestive, urinary, reproductive and other functions. This paper aims to review the progress of pharmacodynamic and pharmacological studies on Rehmannia glutinosa (Gaert.) Libosch. ex Fisch. et Mey.
