This trusted service platform model is built upon the establishment of trustworthy data spaces and on-exchange trading mechanisms within data exchanges. In this framework,transacting parties perform secondary standardisation and quality control of CM data according to specific application scenario requirements,followed by data quality assessment, negotiation,and pricing. Once a transaction agreement is reached,the process transitions directly into the formal on-exchange trading workflow,with registration and delivery completed within the data exchange. The trusted service platform model for CM data element circulation provides a viable pathway for advancing CM data sharing,and is expected to become a core component of the market infrastructure and supporting institutional framework for CM data trading.
