The project aims to develop trustworthy foundation models that can perform effectively under imperfect conditions. Given that most real-world data, such as unexpected image artefacts and adversarial inputs, are frequently noisy, the research focuses on addressing reliability, robustness, and safety issues in the field of machine learning.
