The Mediating Effects of Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Sports between Social Network Ties and Team Effectiveness: Cross-national Differences between Korean and Hong Kong Collegiate Student-Athletes

The main purpose of this study are (a) to further verify the validities (e.g., criterion validity and concurrent validity) and reliability of the recently developed OCB in Sport Scale in Asia and (b) to empirically examine the direct and indirect relationships between team cohesion (social network ties) and team effectiveness through OCB in sport.
