Description
We believe that sulfur fumigation, which is the common post-harvest handing method, would affect the chemical and biological activities of Chinese medicine. This study examined the mechanisms underlying the impact of sulfur fumigation through comparing the chemical profile, pharmacokinetic properties and the biological activities of Chinese medicine before and after sulfur fumigation.
