    "Project Aims:
    1. To enhance students’ mental health through reconnecting them to the environment and
    inspiring their own sense of personal and environmental wellness;
    2. To engage about 100 HKBU students in volunteer services to build environmentally
    resilient communities in post-Covid Hong Kong, with a focus on recovering through
    sustainable living style, smart energy use and socially inclusive communities;
    3. To engage HKBU students in community-based volunteer services in order (i) to enhance
    students’ sense of worth, sense of contributions, and self-confidence; and (ii) to extend
    their social capital networks;
    4. To empower students with a growth mindset and skillsets through providing training
    workshops on communication and social engagement skills."
