    Project Details

    Description

"The super-diversity nature of many societies was easily overlooked in studies that
emphasized majority-minority relationships. To better understand the complexity of
multicultural society, and the new relationships among minority groups, the diverse demographics of newcomers, including their gender identity, place of birth and socioeconomic status, should be examined. As Hong Kong has become a growing ethnically diverse society, this study specifically focuses on the experiences with inter-ethnic relationships among ethnic minority social service practitioners and users in Hong Kong."
