This mixed methods study adopts a quasi-experimental, pre-post-follow-up design with parallel control groups to enhance students’ resilience to adapt to stressful situations, cope with mental challenges, and maintain better mental well-being. Multisystemic intervention, which includes psychoeducation, emotion management, and interpersonal support facilitation, will be provided to participants. Outcomes will be evaluated by quantitative methods, and the therapeutic process and client experience will be investigated by qualitative interviews.
