This project aims to establish an integrated, institution-wide Careers and Employability Centre with a sustainable institutional framework for the implementation and coordination and evaluation of work-integrated learning (WIL); and to identify and assess the gap of Knowledge, Skills and Attitudes (KSA) of students’ career-readiness; To promote and enhance students’ awareness, self-understanding, capability and readiness to be career-ready; The Centre aims to build effective collaborations and partnerships with employers and source quality work-integrated learning (WIL) opportunities for students; and to adopt mobile information technology to enhance communication, monitoring, assessment and institutional support to employers, students and teachers.
