Description
失重导致航天员骨质疏松和动脉僵硬度增加。硬骨抑素负调控骨形成。硬骨抑素单抗对抗绝经后骨质疏松,但会引起急性心血管事件。项目组研究发现:硬骨抑素单抗靶向硬骨抑素loop2引起模拟失重性颈动脉僵硬度增加。硬骨抑素loop3参与抑制骨形成,不参与保护心血管系统;硬骨抑素loop3适配子具促成骨效能和心血管安全性。本项目拟研究硬骨抑素loop3在模拟失重性骨质疏松和动脉僵硬度升高中的作用,为对抗失重性骨质疏松提供心血管安全的分子靶点。
