A scientific civil service management system is an important means of standardizing the management of the civil service and an important element of the administrative reform. In the light of the actual civil service classification management in China, the system design is not scientific and reasonable, and there are many management problems such as lack of standardization in implementation. The main purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth study of the civil service classification and management system and to propose corresponding reform and improvement recommendations on the basis of a pilot study.
