The Secretary for Home Affairs' Commendation Scheme aims to commend citizens for their long term dedication towards the training and development of youths in uniformed groups, distinguished community services, or support to the promotion of culture and sports. There are two categories: Youth Volunteer Leader (On or below 30 years old) and Volunteer Leader (30 years old above). Since 2002, Chaplains and officers were nominated for joining this scheme. GBHK would like to express our greatest gratitudes to them, for all the efforts contributed to build up and train local female in all the years.
