Dr. Chen is currently a Research Assistant Professor at School of Chinese Medicine. Dr. Qilei Chen graduated with Bachelor of Pharmacy (Honours) in Chinese Medicine at HKBU in 2015. She then obtained her Ph.D. degree in Pharmacy in Chinese Medicine from HKBU in 2020. She then received postdoctoral training at the School of Chinese Medicine from 2020 to 2023.

Research Interests

Dr. Chen is particularly interested in (1) TCM pharmacognosy research for treating immune-related diseases and (2) functional nanomaterial application in TCM.
