Biography
Dr. Alison Chan is a practitioner-scholar in management and she obtained her Doctor of Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University in 2018.
Prior to joining the academia, Dr. Chan held different senior management positions such as Chief Operating Officer, Deputy Head of Trust, Head of Relationship Management, Head of Mainland China Market and Head of Partnership Academy for various private banks, a trust company, asset management firms and an insurance company.
Dr. Chan has strong aspiration to transfer her experience and knowledge to the young executives and the young generation.
With effective Sep 2024, Dr. Chan will take up the role of HRM Concentration Coordinator of BBA (Hons) Programme.
