Ms Zhang is currently Professor of Practice of the School of Chinese Medicine, HKBU. Ms Zhang graduated from the Department of Chinese Medicine of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a Bachelor in 1993 and thereupon started to work at the Department of Gynaecology of Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She received the degree of Master of Gynaecology of Chinese Medicine from the aforesaid university in 2004 and was promoted to chief physician of gynaecology at the aforesaid hospital in 2009. Ms Zhang worked for Yan Chai Hospital - CUHK Clinical Center for Training and Research in Chinese Medicine (Yan Chai) as senior practitioner of Chinese Medicine from Nov 2007 to Mar 2009, and Yan Chai Hospital - HKBU Clinical Center for Training and Research in Chinese Medicine (West Kowloon) as Chief of Chinese Medicine Service from Jan 2011 to Jan 2018.  Ms Zhang excels in treating menstrual disorder, infertility and climacteric syndrome.  Ms Zhang has issued more than 20 academic papers, co-compiled several monographs. Her relevant research findings received the National Science & Technology Award and the Chinese Medical Association Science & Technology Award. 


香港浸會大學中醫藥學院臨床部中醫臨床教授。  1993年本科學士畢業於廣州中醫藥大學中醫系,同年就職於廣東省中醫院婦科,2004年取得廣州中醫藥大學中醫婦科學碩士學位,2009年晉升為廣東省中醫院婦科主任醫師。2007年11月至2009年3月於“仁濟醫院暨香港中文大學中醫教研中心(仁濟)”擔任高級中醫師。2011年1月至2018年1月於“仁濟醫院暨香港浸會大學中醫教研中心(西九龍)”擔任中醫服務主任。2018年1月開始,受聘於香港浸會大學中醫藥學院臨床部。  專業研究範圍為女性月經失調、不孕症及絕經前後諸證。  相關研究成果獲國家科技進步獎並中華醫學會科技進步獎,發表論文20餘篇並參編相關專著。
