Prof. Yang is currently the Executive Associate Director and Professor of Practice of the School of Chinese Medicine, HKBU. Prof. Yang Junjun has worked as an associate professor and tutor of postgraduate students of Acupuncture & Massage College, Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. He specializes in Acupuncture and utilizes different therapeutic methods such as, flying needle, fire needle, auricular needle, Jin's Three Needle and the traditional needle therapy to treat the following diseases: Pain symptoms: cervical spondylosis, periarthritis of shoulder, tennis elbow and lumbago; Common diseases: facial paralysis, rhinitis, headache, acne, constipation, indigestion, stroke, insomnia, depression, tinnitus, deafness, asthma and reducing/gaining weight; Gynecological diseases: dysmenorrea, irregular menstruation, uterine myoma, menopause problems and infertility, Andrological diseases: spermatorrhea, impotence, premature ejaculation, infertility; Pediatric diseases: cerebral palsy and children autism. Prof. Yang promotes the integration of acupuncture and Chinese herbs, dietary and Chinese medicine, and advocates the principles "preventing disease before its occurrence".

香港浸會大學中醫藥學院臨床部常務副主任、中醫臨床教授。 2003年於廣州中醫藥大學獲醫學博士學位。來港履新前為廣州中醫藥大學針灸推拿學院副教授,針灸推拿學專業碩士研究生導師及中國針灸學會經絡分會委員。 楊教授主要從事針灸治病的臨床、科研和教學工作。專業研究範圍包括針灸治療痛症、情志病和肥胖症等。 楊教授曾參於國家973中醫專項研究1項,國家自然科學基金1項,廣東省自然科學基金團隊項目1項和廣東省中醫藥管理局課題1項,近年來在核心期刊上發表論文十餘篇。
