Dr Wendy Huang’s research areas are physical activity and sedentary behaviours for preschool-aged and school-aged children, with a focus on understanding the correlates of these behaviours and how behavioural patterns affect health outcomes.
Biography
Dr. Wendy Huang is an Associate Professor at Department of Sport, Physical Education and Health in the Hong Kong Baptist University. She is Associate Director of Dr. Stephen Hui Research Centre for Physical Recreation and Wellness. Dr Huang serves as the Associate Editor of International Journal of Behavioral Nutrition and Physical Activity, Journal of Exercise Science & Fitness, and BMC Public Health. She is also a member of Grant Review Board of Research Council, Food and Health Bureau.
