Biography

Li-Qun WEI is a Professor of Management in the School of Business, Hong Kong Baptist University. Her recent research focuses on top management teams, especially how the interaction of the CEO with other top team members determines firm competitiveness. Her recent interets include SHRM and cross-cultural managment issues. She is also involved in executive trainings, and provides consultancy services to entrepreneurial firms in China.
