我是一名香港註冊社工，香港心理輔導專業協會認證的心理輔導員，也是中國心理學會認證的臨床心理督導師，從事心理健康專業服務、督導和研究，賦能家庭、青少年兒童以及老人，為他們的心理（精神）健康保駕護航，是我當前主要的工作。
I am a registered social worker in Hong Kong, a psychological counselor certified by the Hong Kong Psychological Counseling Professional Association, and also a clinical psychological supervisor certified by the Chinese Psychological Association. My main work aims to provide professional services, supervision, and research related to mental health； to empower families, teenagers and children, and the elderly； and to escort their mental health.
