Biography
Dr. Soohyun Yoon is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Hong Kong Baptist University. She received her PhD in Management and Entrepreneurship from Arizona State University. Her research primarily investigates how employees experience and navigate various "competing demands" at work. To address this inquiry, her research focuses on two streams: (1) How employees navigate paradoxical tensions in interpersonal dynamics and (2) How employees objectively manage or subjective experience time in an effective manner.
