Biography
Dr. Lee earned his DPhil in politics and MSc in Modern Chinese Studies (Distinction) from the University of Oxford. Previously he was an associate professor in the Department of Asian and Policy Studies at the Education Umiversity of Hong Kong, where he received the President’s Early Career Research Excellence Award and the Dean’s Research Output Prize
