Biography

Wing Chung FAN is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of History at Hong Kong Baptist University.  Apart from teaching more than ten courses in the Department of History, he actively participates in public lectures, academic seminars, TV and radio programmes, as well as some academic activities which are organized by different kinds of academic organizations, in order to transfer his academic knowledge and perspectives to the community.  He has authored / co-authored / co-edited some books and published more than 30 articles and book chapters.  His long term research focuses are closely related to the History and Culture in East Asia, special attention will be always given to the Korean History.
