Biography
Dr. Wang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Hong Kong Baptist University. She received her PhD degree in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). Her research focuses on leadership, workplace relationship, and newcomer socialization. Her research has been published in journals, like Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of General Management, and book chapters. She also presented papers on conferences, such as Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM), IACMR (International Association for Chinese Management Research), and Southern Management Association (SMA).
