Biography
Dr. Song Chang is an Associate Professor at HKBU. Before that, he worked at CUHK and UIUC. He is specialized in strategic human resource management, employee creativity, and firm innovation, among many others. He had his BA and MA from NJU, and PHD from HKUST.
