Biography
Sandy C. Li is a Professor and Associate Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences at Hong Kong Baptist University. He was the Chairperson of the University’s eLearning Committee (2014 - 2020) and a member of the HKSAR government’s steering committee on IT in Education (2009 - 2015). He has published widely in the areas of e-leadership, social media and learning, mobile learning and computer supported learning environments.
