Biography
Prior to joining the Department of Finance and Decision Sciences at Hong Kong Baptist University, Dr. Yin obtained the Ph.D. degree in Finance from University of Florida, M.S. degree in Finance and B.S. degree in Mathematics and Physics from Tsinghua University. Dr. Yin has worked in HKBU since 2017 and teaches corporate finance courses for undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Dr. Yin's current research interests are empirical and theoretical corporate finance, including capital structure, share repurchases, corporate social responsibility, international finance, corporate governance, etc.
