Dr. PENG Bo is currently Associate Professor of Practice at the School of Chinese Medicine, HKBU. Dr. Peng obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree (M.D) in integrated Western and Chinese medicine in Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine. For over 20 years, he has been engaged in clinical, teaching and research work of TCM. Dr. Peng's clinical specialty is in utilizing integrated therapy of both Chinese medicine herbs and acupuncture to treat pulmonary diseases. On the other hand, he is also an expert in preventing and combating sub-health by Chinese Medicine regimen and Chinese Medicinal food. Dr. Peng has carried out 1 Hong Kong Chinese Medicine Developmemt Fund, 5 national and provincial research projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and other science foundations and has participated in several major projects including “National Science and Technology Major Project”, “the National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program)” and projects funded by NSFC . Dr Peng's distinguished achievements have been widely recognized through numerous awards and prizes received over years. Moreover, Dr. Peng has obtained 2 national invention patent, has edited one scholarly monographs and has been compiler member for 3 books. He has also published over 40 academic papers.
香港浸會大學中醫藥學院中醫臨床副教授。南京中醫藥大學中西醫結合臨床專業臨床醫學博士。 彭博士從事中醫臨床、教學、科研工作20餘年，專業研究範圍為應用中醫藥及針灸治療肺、脾胃系統疾病及亞健康之中醫養生和藥膳。 主持香港中醫藥發展基金1項；國家自然科學基金等國家及省部級科研項目5項；參與國家科技部重大專項、國家973計畫及多項國家自然科學基金研究。獲國家發明專利2項，中華中醫藥學會科技進步獎二等獎1項，三等獎2項，省級科技進步獎三等獎1項，獲科研成果4項。主編學術專著1部，參編學術專著4部，發表學術論文40餘篇。
