Biography
Noel Y. M. Siu, PhD, is Professor Emeritus, Department of Marketing, School of Business, Hong Kong Baptist University. Noel's research interests are in Services Marketing, Relationship Marketing, Cultural Consumption and Business Ethics. Her current project is related to cultural consumption and engagement in the context of museums.
