Biography

HUANG, Guohua (Emily) (PhD, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology) is an associate professor in the Department of Management at the Hong Kong Baptist University. She teaches Human Resources related courses at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Her research interests include stress and uncertainty at the workplace, job insecurity, emotion in organizations, and team process. Her work has been published at leading journals in management field such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Human Resource Management.
