Biography

Dr. Kwok Kin Fung is an Associate Professor of the Department of Social Work, Hong Kong Baptist University. At present, his teaching and research work is on areas of community development, social policy, globalization and social welfare, and child poverty. In addition, he has also been actively involved in community development projects in Hong Kong including offering consultancy services and training to community development services and social workers in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Current research focuses on the continual changes of neoliberalism and its impact on welfare governance, community development and social innovation.
