Research Interests
As an immunologist, I possess a deep passion for my field and extensive knowledge in cardiovascular, cancer, and immunology. Currently, my primary focus lies in T Cell therapy.
In our research program, we utilize a range of approaches including metabolomics, immunology, bioinformatics, and molecular biology to identify the causes of cancer in various tumor types and explore key metabolic pathways involved in carcinogenesis. Our laboratory operates a cutting-edge metabolomics program that quantitatively profiles endogenous small-molecule metabolites and trace elements from biological specimens such as blood, urine, saliva, cell lysates, and tissues from experimental animals and human subjects. This program involves unbiased metabolic profiling and data mining, metabolite annotation, and biological interpretation, as well as targeted analysis of metabolic flux and pathways using isotope-labeled metabolites and high sensitivity, high throughput LC-MS-MS and GC-MS platforms.
