Wai Hin KAM, Dr

Dr. KAM Wai Hin is currently an Assistant Professor of Practice in the School of Chinese Medicine at HKBU. Dr. KAM obtained his Bachelor's degree from Zhejiang Chinese Medical University in 2010, a Master's degree from the School of Chinese Medicine at HKBU in 2012, and a Ph.D. in Orthopedics and Traumatology Science in Chinese Medicine from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in 2025. He has served as a Committee Member of the Board of Bone-setting Specialties in the Hong Kong Registered Chinese Medicine Association and as a member of the Board of Bone-setting Specialties in the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies. Dr. KAM’s research focuses on integrating bone-setting manipulation and acupuncture to treat common orthopedic and traumatology diseases, such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, degenerative knee arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and gouty arthritis.

香港浸會大學中醫藥學院臨床部中醫助理教授。2010年獲得浙江中醫藥大學醫學學士學位，2012年獲得香港浸會大學中醫學碩士學位，2025年獲得廣州中醫藥大學中醫骨傷科學醫學博士學位。現擔任香港註冊中醫學會骨傷專業委員會委員，世界中醫藥學會聯合會骨關節疾病專業委員會理事，曾擔任香港中醫學會副監事長及慈善基金會秘書長等。發展方向為骨傷推拿及針灸科。重點研究範圍包括頸椎病、腰椎間盤突出症、退行性膝關節炎、類風濕性關節炎、痛風性關節炎等病症。
