Biography

Dr. Song obtained his doctorate degree from Imperial College London in 2021.  He is now a Research Assistant Professor in Hong Kong Baptist University. He is an urban scientist who majors in combination of the interdisciplinary research including urban complex system, including IoT sensing, urban computing, transport & environment, and air pollution modeling. Dr. Song was a recipient of the China Youth Entrepreneurship Award (Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China) which was the hightist Youth innovation and entrepreneurship award in China.

Research Interests

Air pollution modelling; Mobile air pollution sensing; UAV-based pollution analysis; Transport and Environment; AI for air quality management and public health
