Biography

Dr. Jing Liu obtained her Ph.D in Communication from City University of Hong Kong. She also holds a Master degree in Applied Data Science from University of Michigan as well as BA. in Journalism from Zhejiang University.  

Dr. Liu teaches a variety of UG and PG courses on data analytics, ranging from statistics, big data analytics, machine learning and AI,  as well as data visualization. Her primary research interests include computer-mediated communication and public opinion.  She also shares her expertise and knowledge to the general public in mass media.
