Biography
Jicheng Zeng is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management, Marketing and Information Systems, Hong Kong Baptist University. He obtained his Ph.D. at the Department Information Systems, City University of Hong Kong. His research focuses on competitive dynamics of e-marketplace sellers, digital platforms governance, and LLMs platform. Prior to joining HKBU, he worked as a Research Assistant Professor, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Faculty of Business Administration,University of Macau.
