Biography
Kevin Ip is Assistant Professor at the Department of Government and International Studies, Hong Kong Baptist University. His research interests are primarily in contemporary political philosophy, with a focus on problems of global justice. In addition, he pursues topics in Confucian political philosophy, applied ethics, and critical data literacy. He obtained his D.Phil. from University of Oxford and was a Swire Scholar at St. Antony's College. He is the author of Egalitarianism and Global Justice: From a Relational Perspective (Palgrave Macmillan 2016). He has also published in Political Studies, Political Research Quarterly, Philosophy and Social Criticism, Moral Philosophy and Politics, and China Perspectives.
