Biography
Dr. Iyaswamy Ashok, is currently a Research Assistant Professor at School of Chinese Medicine, HKBU. After graduated from India,he spent seven years of Research Fellow/Postdoc Fellow training at HKBU. His research interests focus on Neurodegenerative disease,Chinese medicine and Autophagy.

1. Understanding the molecular mechanisms and pathophysiology of Alzheimer’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases.
2. Developing potential methods for brain drug delivery system and biomaterials for diagnosis of neurodegenerative diseases.
3. Identifying possible benefits of Chinese herbal medicine for prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
