Biography
Iain’s experience ranges across the full sporting spectrum from grassroots clubs to elite level athletes where he specializes in delivering Performance Lifestyle support. He trained with the English Institute of Sport and has been supporting junior and senior level athletes in the UK and Hong Kong for the past 12 years. His research focuses on athlete welfare, psychosocial factors of sports performance, and associated implications for coaching practice and multidisciplinary team interactions.
