Dong Mei HU, Ms

Ms Hu Dongmei is currently Associate Professor of Practice of the School of Chinese Medicine, HKBU.  Ms Hu was awarded Bachelor in Henan University of Chinese Medicine in 1986.  Subsequently, she started to work at the Department of Internal Medicine of Xinxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Henan for over thirty years.  Furthermore, she also studied spleen and stomach disease and rheumatism in Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.  In 2019, Ms Hu joined the School of Chinese Medicine in HKBU as Senior Lecturer. Her clinical research focuses on applying Chinese medicine to the treatment of geriatric diseases, kidney diseases, endocrine diseases such as diabetes, thyroid disease.  She has issued and published several books and papers.

香港浸會大學中醫藥學院臨床部中醫臨床副教授。  1986年本科學士畢業於河南中醫藥大學中醫系，同年就職於河南省新鄉市中醫院內科，工作至今，三十餘年。曾於中國中醫科學院研修脾胃病、風濕病。  2019年2月開始受聘於香港浸會大學中醫藥學院臨床部。  專業研究範圍為老年病、腎病、內分泌病如糖尿病、甲狀腺疾病等。  參編著作及發表論文多篇。
