Dr. Heeseung Lee is an assistant professor in the Department of Management, Marketing, and Information Systems in the School of Business at Hong Kong Baptist University. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Information Systems from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University. His research interests include open innovation, crowdsourcing, informational value of crowds, and affordances of digital platforms. His methodology interests include econometrics, natural language processing, image analytics, and deep learning.
