Biography
Frederick H. K. Yim received his PhD from Drexel University and is currently an associate professor at the Hong Kong Baptist University. His research interests include corporate social responsibility, salesforce management, and customer relationship management, and his work has appeared in internationally recognized journals such as the Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, Journal of Cross-Cultural Psychology, and Industrial Marketing Management.
