Biography
Dr. Erica Xu is an associate professor of organizational behavior in Department of management at School of Business, Hong Kong Baptist University. Her research focuses on leadership, interpersonal dynamics, power, prosocial and antisocial behaviors, and gender issues. She has published in leading management journals such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organization Science, Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Academy of Management Discoveries, and etc. Erica teaches Leadership and Organizational Development, Frontiers of Leadership Research, Research Methodology at the MBA, DBA, and PhD levels.
