Biography
Dr CHAN Bing Kwan joined Hong Kong Baptist University in 2013. He has a background of interdisciplinary social sciences and 10 years of experience in teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in social policy. In the years of serving HKBU, Dr CHAN has proactively participated in research projects in youth studies, including but not limited to identity, aspiration and financial literacy of ethnic minority youth, parents and children in stepfamilies, risk society from a youth perspective, child poverty and child well-being. In addition, Dr CHAN’s areas of expertise cover media politics and public policy.
