Biography
Dr. Ann Lui is a psychologist specialized in research in the areas of cognitive neuroscience and special education. Her latest research projects examine brain responses to emotional speech among individuals with autism. She also develops interventions to improve cognitive and social abilities among children with special needs. She obtained B.Soc.Sci. and M.Phil. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Northwestern University, U.S.A. Before moving back to Hong Kong, she has worked at National University of Singapore and National Central University, Taiwan.
