In 2019, Golden Meditech Centre for NeuroRegeneration Sciences (GMCNS) was established with a team of experts/scientists from different professional backgrounds in Hong Kong Baptist University. The GMCNS is focusing on a variety of cutting-edge research on regenerative medicine, repairing of the central nervous system, cell technology and bio-imaging. It is also dedicated to tackling a number of incurable diseases in a multi-disciplinary approach.
The GMCNS serves as a state-of-the-art research hub for neuroregeneration research and a training centre for young researchers, including neuroscientists, neurobiologists, neurologists and neurosurgeons, Chinese Medicine practitioners, material and nanoscientists, and chemists.
