Description
Invitation to deliver an online seminar entitled "ice, humans, bees, plants and trees. On listening, entanglement, and the quiet ethics of coexistence." for an online seminar series for Sustainable User Interface Design course offered by Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, The University of Tokyo, and led by Professor Hiroki Kobayashi.
This course explores the intersection of design, technology, and sustainability through a series of online talks and dialogues with guest speakers from diverse disciplines — including design, engineering, art, and environmental studies.
Each session invites one guest to share their own practice, research, and reflection, followed by an open conversation led by Professor Hiroki Kobayashi (The University of Tokyo). Rather than focusing only on techniques or outputs, the class examines how creative practices can sustain themselves over time — intellectually, socially, and ethically.
